Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.
We take great care in packaging to maintain product quality during transit. If you notice any damage to the package upon delivery, please contact us immediately before using the product.
Returns
We want you to love what you wear.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
All original tags and packaging must be intact
The product must be in its original condition
Once your return is approved and inspected, we will process a refund or store credit, as applicable.
Please note:
Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part
